Controlling Document Interaction Numbering in TT-Knowledge Force

Introduction to Interactions

Before we show you how to number them, it may be useful to know what an interaction is. An interaction is any click you make on a screen, or if you type some values into a box or maybe use a drag and drop operation. These are all examples of when you are interacting with a piece of software. TT-Knowledge Force uses object recognition to capture these interactions and if you are using Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF as an output mode, then these interactions are given numbers. In this tutorial we will show you how to control the numbering that is given to these interactions.
